OUR BAKERY

The aroma of the bakery says it all and gives a clue to the types of delicious treats that await. Somehow the aroma captures everything good from the filter coffee, the various cakes, the numerous pastries, and assorted specialty bread.

Every day our team of skilled bakers start in the early hours of the morning ensuring that all products are freshly made every-day. They are committed to using traditional methods to create the delicacies seen in the displays, for example, the use of natural leavens in our sourdoughs allows a fuller flavor to develop and makes the bread more digestible.

 

Everything from our sourdough, baguettes, gluten-free cakes, cruffins, croissants and more are all available for our guests to enjoy with a coffee in house or to take home to enjoy with their family.
